Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you recieved it in, unused, in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please head over to our CONTACT page and submit a request. If your return is accpted, we will send you confirmation along with instructions on how to complete the return. 


All orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business day from time of purchase. Payment must be recieved in full before order can be filled. For items shipped I am not responsible for any postage delays, but I do apologize.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is broken or damaged, or if you have received the wrong order or missing any items. We request that you do so in a timely fashion as to have the matter dealt with and made right.


Returns/Exchanges and Refunds

Returns will be gladly accepted, contact must be made within 15 days of recieving delivery, and returned items must be dispatched back within 30 days. The return item must be recieved before a full refund can be issued. Due to the nature of some items, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized items

  • Herb blends


Buyers are resposible for the return postage costs. If the item is not retuned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

We do not accept exchanges* on any items, so please be sure it is what you want before purchasing.
